To the fullest extent permitted by law, Norvia Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to goutpal if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for Norvia or other users, or used the app unlawfully.
